Return & Cancellation Policy

Arizona Wholesale Floors (AWF) wants customers to understand the return and cancellation terms associated with flooring purchases.

In-Stock Hard-Surface Flooring
In-stock hard-surface flooring may be canceled or returned subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the material purchase price. Returns are limited to whole, unopened cartons.

Carpet & Special-Order Products
Carpet and special-order products cannot be canceled or returned once ordered. Pasted markdown

Installed or Used Materials
Materials that have been installed, cut, opened, altered, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require evaluation by the manufacturer and/or an independent inspector. Pasted markdown

Before Ordering
Flooring products may vary in color, shade, texture, pattern, and appearance. Customers should carefully review their product selection before placing an order.
