Terms of Service
Installation Scheduling
Installation dates provided by Arizona Wholesale Floors (AWF) are approximate and are not guaranteed. Scheduling may change due to manufacturer production, shipping delays, damaged materials, job-site conditions, or additional time required on a preceding project. AWF will provide each project the time reasonably necessary for proper completion. Pasted markdown
Payment Terms
AWF generally requires a 70% down payment, with the remaining 30% due upon completion of installation. Projects totaling less than $1,500 may require payment in full when the contract is signed. Pasted markdown
Job-Site Requirements
Customers must provide access to electricity and maintain a climate-controlled environment during installation. Pets must be kenneled or otherwise secured during installation. Pasted markdown
Furniture & Personal Property
Basic furniture moving may be included with standard installation labor. Large, irregular, excessive, or specialty furniture may require additional charges. AWF installers do not move personal items, electronics, dishware, documents, valuables, antiques, decorations, pool tables, fish tanks, firearms or firearm-related items, water beds, Murphy beds, or exercise equipment. Pasted markdown
Floor Preparation & Job-Site Conditions
Additional preparation may be required when cracks, uneven areas, or other subfloor conditions are discovered. Grinding, patching, membranes, setting materials, and other preparation may result in additional charges. AWF is not a foundation or structural subfloor repair company. Pasted markdown
AWF does not guarantee a perfectly level subfloor. Our objective is to make the installation surface reasonably flat using appropriate preparation methods. Pasted markdown
Installation Limitations
AWF does not hold plumbing, electrical, or carpentry licenses. Certain work involving plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, cabinetry, doors, trim, or other trades may require the customer to hire an appropriately qualified contractor at the customer's expense. Pasted markdown
Product Appearance & Installation Characteristics
Flooring products may naturally vary in color, shade, texture, size, pattern, and appearance. Carpet seams may be visible depending upon the product's fiber, style, color, backing, and manufacturer. Such characteristics are not necessarily product or installation defects. Pasted markdown
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve the manufacturer and/or an independent inspector. For standard installations of carpet, tile, laminate, and hardwood, AWF provides a one-year, non-transferable labor warranty against defects in workmanship. Standard installations of floating SPC/WPC products do not include an AWF labor warranty. Additional warranty limitations apply, including requirements regarding climate control and manufacturer maintenance procedures. Pasted markdown
Dust & Construction Conditions
Removal of existing flooring, particularly tile, may create dust during and after installation. AWF will make reasonable efforts to minimize dust but is not responsible for additional cleaning that may be required. Pasted markdown
Product Care
Customers are responsible for following manufacturer care and maintenance requirements. Failure to properly maintain flooring may affect manufacturer and AWF warranty coverage.
